Amarillo, TX 5/9/12: It's the middle of the season and the Amarillo Venom is still going strong! The weekends are packed full of exciting and fun events you don't want to miss out on! This Saturday, May 12th the Vixens will be hosting a dance camp in Childress, TX while the Venom travels to West Texas to take on the Roughnecks. Next weekend on Friday, May 18th the Venom will be participating in Ford Fun Day at Gene Messer Ford.
VIXEN DANCE CAMP- While the Venom football players travel to West Texas the Vixen dancers will be teaming up with Fun Family Fitness gym in Childress, TX to host a dance camp this Saturday, May 12th from 10:00am-12:00pm. The Vixens will be teaching young girls how to jump, kick, dance, and cheer on their favorite sports teams in a positive and fun atmosphere. Young participants will also have the opportunity to perform at half time of a Venom home game.
FORD FUN DAY- The Venom will be participating in Ford Fun Day 2012 on Friday, May 18th from 6:00-9:00pm. Ford Fun Day is sponsored by The Texas Panhandle Mustang Club, Tripp's Harley Davidson, The Plaza Restaurant, Glass Doctor, and Gene Messer Ford located at 3400 Soncy Road in Amarillo. Ford Fun Day consists of Gene Messer Ford's 30th Annual Mustang Car Show, ice cream and hamburger social, and much more! The Venom will be at Gene Messer Ford signing autographs, taking pictures, and playing games with all Venom fans! Don't miss a great day and join us at Ford Fun Day!
